Abstract Title: Application of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) in the Outcomes of Two-Year New Staff Training

Biography:

I am a nurse and have worked in the ward for nearly 8 years. I come into contact with different cardiac patients every day and learn a lot of clinical experience from them. These experiences have enriched my current teaching work and allowed me to participate in this Contribute. In the past, I was in contact with patients, but now I am in contact with new nurses in different disciplines. I hope that through effective teaching planning, I can help more new nurses adapt to clinical work as soon as possible.
